Really good, a few oversights

This is a great app, very fun, especially for kids. I would like to see it updated with more foods. In particular, steak, breads, fries, brownies, and cheesecake are very common menu items that belong here. As the menu grows, it would be great to have subcategories (entree, veggies, sides) similar to how the salad and dessert courses are done. Looking forward to updates, thanks for the fun app!
